Counseling for Anxiety: Individuals facing chronic anxiety may have unique symptoms, there is however a common thought process involved: irrational fear and dread.
Through the years of professional experience working within the mental health community – both in and outpatient environments – I have developed specific tools and will implement scientifically proven interventions to assist you, your family, and/or the support system around you while you are in counseling for anxiety. We will start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long-term goals, anxiety levels, and the best treatment for you specifically. We will examine everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. We will use these goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives. Identifying barriers and opportunities through self-discovery leads to fulfilling the client’s objectives. By not only seeking clarity but understanding how to do it effectively and authentically, you can use it as a compass as you navigate through creating your own pathways.
